Symptom
In the report "List of Tickets", the Contact field shows "No Text for UUID...".
This is also valid for other reports based on the data source Ticket Time Points and Contact Party [SEODSRQDTS01].

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the work center Business Analytics and the view Design Reports.
- Open the report "List of Tickets".
- Ensure the view has the Ticket and the Contact field.
For some tickets, you can see that the Contact field shows # but also "No Text for UUID..."
Resolution
The display of the data in the "Contact" field follows the following logic:
- If the contact determined in the ticket is present as a contact in the system (meaning available in the Contacts view in the Customers work center), then the name and ID appear in the report as expected. Note that obsolete contacts will be displayed too.
- If there is no contact determined in the ticket, then the name and ID appears as # = Not Assigned.
- If the contact determined in the ticket is currently not present in the system, then the ticket's determined contact's UUID would appear as it is with the text "No text for UUID" in the report.
