2957362 - Removing Access of a Partner/Consultant from Provisioning and/or RMK Site Manager - Recruiting

In this article we are going to describe how to remove access of your implementation partner or consultant from Provisioning and RMK Site Manager.

Provisioning

As an administrator, you can view and control who has Provisioning access to your instance, using the Manage Provisioning Access tool in Admin Center. As an administrator, you can remove this access from anyone on the list. 

RMK Site Manager (Command Center)

At project conclusion, the customer can request access termination to RMK Site Manager by submitting a Support Ticket, requesting termination of access of an implementation Partner or Consultant. The ticket needs to include:

• • Consultant Organization (Partner name or SAP):
  • Consultant First Name:
  • Consultant Last Name:
  • Consultant Email:
  • RMK Site Manager Username (if known):
  • Terminate Access Date (if no date is specified, the request will be processed within 5 business days):
  • Customer Name:
  • Site Name/Site ID:
  • DataCenter Location & Environments:

In case of customer has queries on terminating access of their implementation partner or consultant, the customer should reach out to their SAP Account Manager.

Report on RMK Site Manager Access (Command Center)

Customers can request a report to check who has access to the RMK Site Manager by submitting a Support ticket. The ticket needs to include:

• Site Name/Site ID:
• DataCenter Location & Environments:

The request will be processed within 5 business days.
