2957503 - System restriction regarding Import Financial Plan Data App

Symptom

It's explained in the help document for App Import Financial Plan Data:

"Note that this option can only be performed for files up to a limited size. If the size of the file that you've submitted for import is large, the system switches to Background Processing. However, you can change the Processing Type back to Online Processing."

Questions regarding this:

1. It's not clear what is the size limit.
2. Would it be possible to revert the process type back to Online Processing though the file size to be uploaded is more than system accepted?
