The DCD creation fails and the following error message occured:
"ADS: SOAP Runtime Exception: CSoapExceptionTransport :(100101)" (001(FPRUNX)).

or

"Invalid HTTP connection: ADS" (Message no. BL001) in UKM_DCD_SETUP_CHECK.
