2957652 - S/4HC: All Partner Functions of a Customer are not replicated from SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition to C4C system

• In the Outbound Payload of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition to replicate customer data to C4C, all partner functions are not available.
• Ship-to Party is not sent out from SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition to C4C when a customer is created /updated.
• It is observed that those partners functions are not replicated for which the Customer BP and the Partner Functions assigned to BP is same (Reflexive Partner Functions).

This is the standard behaviour.

Reflexive Partner Functions are not supported in SAP Cloud for Customer. So, the S/4 outbound payload filter these partner functions and during the S/4 inbound processing, these are added again.

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, uage of SAP_COM_0025, SAP_COM_0008 communication scenario, designed specifically for the C4C integration, sets the flags as checked for fields Filter Reflexive Partner Function and C4C.

Therefore, only non-reflexive partner functions i.e. partner functions which have a different Business Partner assigned to that of Customer Business Partner would be replicated from SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition to C4C.

For e.g.: If the Customer BP Number is 00000001 and Partner Functions assigned are as follows:
Sold-to Party 00000001
Ship-to Party 00000001
Bill-to Party 00000002
Payer 00000003

In the above scenario, Partner Function Bill-to Party and Payer only would be replicated from SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition to C4C.
