2957684 - POWL_QUERY problems after Kernel upgrade

Symptom

Buttons are not visible / not working in SAPGUI Transaction POWL_QUERY when Query Parameters popup window is opened. Popup window also cannot be closed and SAP GUI for Windows must be restarted.
