2957777 - Custom Tile could not be seen by External Hires - Onboarding

Possible scenario is that external hire could not see a newly created Custom Tile

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Create a Custom Tile

2. Access using the External hire credentials

3. Try to check if the External hire can see the newly created custom tile

The reason is that there is no permission for the Onboardee to see the custom

1. Go to Manage Home Page and go to the newly created custom tile

2. Click on Edit button 

3. Scroll down to Assignments and click on the 3 buttons in User Group

4. Click on Add Group

5. In User Type, choose "External Onboarding User" and create a group name

6. Recheck again if the candidate can see now the Custom Tile
