2957799 - Assertion failed in program CL_CTE_FND_OAUTH_SECSTORE - ASSERTION_FAILED

Symptom

When you create a connection using transaction CTE_SETUP, the system issues the error message "Access to entry /CTE/FND/OAUTH/1/CONSUMER_KEY denied in secure storage".
