2957895 - How to add extension fields into purchase order migration template

You want to add an extension field into purchase order migration template and you are wondering how to do that.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Go to Purchase Orders view.
3. Filter the list 'All Documents', search and open purchase order ABC (ABC represents for the purchase order ID).
4. You have an extension field on the purchase order, you want to know how to extend this field into purchase order migration template.

What you need to do is to extend the field into Service: Manage Purchase Orders when editing Further Usage of Extension Field.

Then next time you open the migration tool, you will receive a pop-up message with the below information:

There are new field extensions available. Your migration object will be adapted automatically.

Select OK to adapt the migration object.

Then you will see the field display in the migration template.
