2957977 - Candidate is not visible in Manage Pending Hires - Onboarding

Candidate is not visible in Manage Pending Hires page.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 

1. Initiate onboarding for candidate
2. Complete onboarding steps for candidate
3. Navigate to Manage Pending Hires > Onboarding
4. Cannot find the candidate

Cause 1: Candidate doesn't have all onboarding process steps completed.

Cause 2: Missing permission for responsible users e.g. Hiring Managers.

Scenario 1: Candidate will appear in Manage Pending Hires page when below condition are met:

• All onboarding process steps (including "Complete E-signature Step") are completed.
• Candidate's onboarding process has "Hire Status=Ready to Hire" in dashboard.

Scenario 2: Grant necessary permissions to responsible users:

• Permission:
  • Manage Hires > Manage Pending Hires > Enable
  • Manage User > Employee Export > Remove(Enable this permission only for the Administrator. Do not enable this permission for the Hiring Manager/Onboarding Participant. Ensure that this permission is not enabled for Hiring Managers/Onboarding Participants from any other roles. )
• Target population: permission group which includes "External Onboarding User"
