2957977 - Candidate is not available in Manage Pending Hire Page - Onboarding

After completion of ONB  Process, candidate is not available in Manage Pending Hire page.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 

1. Initiate the ONB  for candidate from RCM.
2. Complete all the ONB  Process for candidate.
3. Navigate to Manage Pending Hire-> Under the Onboarding section candidate is not shows.

• Permission not given to Hiring Manager in RBP
• Candidate might have completed all the step in ONB  Process

Candidate for ONB process will appear in Manage Pending Hires page only if below condition are met.

1. All steps are completed and candidate ONB process has reached signed status.
2. Candidate must has completed the signature step by Signing the forms.
3. Hiring Manager should have the permission to Manage Pending Hire page from all the roles that he is part of.
4. Candidate Should have Signed the Form or some Form need to be generated in Manage Document Page
