2958249 - Error when clicking on View Profile in External Career Site - Recruiting Marketing

When clicking on View Profile from the RMK External Career Site, an application error is shown.

"An error occurred while processing your request. Please go back to your original page and check the URL. Then try your request again."

• Possible caused by a misconfiguration in the integration between RCM and RMK.
• Company ID in CSB is in Incorrect.
• Deployment Data Center of BizX in CSB is Incorrect. 

• Check the Site Integration in CSB as the Company ID is case sensitive; T or D should in capital letter to match the customer record. 
• Deployment Data Center should also match the record, if RMK Preview instance is integrated with BizX Production (Dev/QA) instance then the BizX Data Center in CSB should also be set to Production. 
• Check if the URL is matching based on Data Center and business type in Provisioning. Review KBA to verify 3062673 - RMK datacenter URL in Provisioning - Recruiting Marketing.

Note: 

• The portal URL has to be the RMK homepage. The RMK Portal URL needs https:// and nothing after the .com.
• There are no hard technical requirements for the RMK Job Search URL, but it is recommended to leave it as the portal URL, especially if unspecified by the client.
  It is also possible to append the search parameter (/search) as a number of buttons like the Back to Job Listing button for example are using this URL and it might make more sense to have candidates land on the search results rather than the home page.
