2958350 - Slowness and Delay in EWM PPF action

Symptom

You experience slowness and delay in PPF action which can be demonstrated in the following ways. It tends to be more serious if the business has triggered a large number of PPF actions in a short time.

  • On PPF tab of the delivery, the traffic light remains yellow for several minutes or more than 10 minutes
  • GR or GI posting not updated
  • In T-cd: SPPFP, there are entries with yellow status and they turn to green only after several minutes or more.
  • The "Created at" and "Changed at" time stamps are different by several minutes or more.
