2958429 - Approver Involved Party not listed in Approval facet

Symptom

You have added an Approver to the Involved Party of a Sales Quote but this party is not listed in Approval facet

Environment

 SAP Sales Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales workcenter.
  2. Go to the Sales Quotes view.
  3. Open any Sales Quote.
  4. Go to the facet Involved Parties.
  5. Add a new party Approver.
  6. Go to the Approval facet.

Result: the Approver party is not being added in the Approval facet.

Cause

The Approval facet only displays the Approvers maintained in the Approval Process, not the party Approver added via the Involved Parties.

Resolution

Please add any Approver required for the Approval Process in the Approval Processes under Administrator.
