Resolution

When you are adding new posting profiles, you can choose between: 

  • Posting profile
  • Posting profile - Group

Steps:

  • Go to Manage Recruiting Posting
  • Go to Manage Posting profiles & Groups
  • Click "+" button
  • You can select Group or Posting profile.

Posting profile  is like a door to the different job boards. It's also the posting profile that holds the credentials or other information to connect and communicate with different job boards. You can create as many posting profiles as you want, by brand, by country, by groups of recruiters or by groups of recruiters in different countries (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2879796).

Group is like a Folder. You can create groups in order to organize your Posting profiles by brand, by country, by zone (e.g. Americas, Africa, Asia, Europe). Whatever fits your organization. In this "folder" you associate as many posting profiles as you want.

Please note: it's not possible to associate Recruiters directly to Groups. Each recruiter has to be associated to one or several posting profiles.
