2958736 - Termination Details is not respecting the Configure People Profile in Edit mode - Employee Central

When configuring the field order on Configure People Profile for Termination fields is noted that this display order is not respected when viewing or editing the employment details on the employee profile.

This is expected behavior, when editing Employment Details you actually not doing an Edit action on Termination Information, even been possible to change Termination related fields.

The Configure People Profile configuration will be respected just when performing Take Action -> Terminate.

If the order of the fields need to be ordered on the People Profile view mode and manual edition of Employment Details then you need to configure the order within Manage Business Configuration.
