2958802 - Web Service Message Monitoring does not Show Information for Remote Object ID and Party

Symptom

Information for Remote Object ID as well as Party are not being displayed in the UI.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Administration
  2. Go to Web Service Message Monitoring

You have messages proceed already that does show information about the Remote Object ID and Party ID.

Cause

The remote ID is not populated because the adapter type for the message is set to SHORTCUT.

Resolution

You should use only plain SOAP to call web services on C4C.

Adapter type SHORTCUT should only be used inside the ABAP stack to call local webservices, from external system like CPI and PI plain SOAP should be used.
