2958914 - User could create List price even though he has no access to the respective work center

You are able to create List price even though no access righst is  updated.

 or

 You can create  list price in UI but not via excel upload

Go to "Product Portfolio" work center

Go to List Prices  view

Click on New button

The PDI Partner Development view is assigned to the user.

 This WoC view sets the access mode to 'Privileged' and will therefore skip the authorization check.

If the Partner Development work center is assigned to business users, these users can see all UIs and business documents in the other work centers assigned to them.

Unchecked this workcenter for User and  he wil be unauthorized to create new List Price on the UI.
