2958935 - 'Create by" is not updated in app Verify General Journal Entries - For Processor (Inbox)

When approver reviews submitted journal entries in Verify General Journal Entries - For Process (Inbox), field Created By is not being populated.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

You use app Verify General Journal Entries - For Process (Inbox) to approve submitted journal entries, the field Created By is blank.

This is standard behavior.

Field Created By is only populated for journal entries which have been posted, for parked document, only field Submitted by is populated.

You can check the Created By field for posted journal entries in app Verify General Journal Entries - For Process (Outbox).
