You are trying to set Logistics use as "Not Relevant for planning" for Logistics Area KLM.*KLM refers to Logistics Area

1. Navigate to Supply Chain Design Master Data WorkCenter
2. Go to Locations View
3. Search for Logistics Area KLM
4. Select Logistics Use as "Not relevant for planning"
5. Error appears

Change logistics use not possible; logistics area not empty;

Save could not be executed

There could be 2 causes

1. Stock still exist in Logistics Area KLM
2. If any tasks from workcenter(Outbound Logistics, Internal Logistics, Inbound Logistics) which are open for Logistics area KLM 

1. Stock need to be moved from Logistics Area KLM to some other Logistics Area via (Internal Logistics-->Goods Movement)
2. Open Tasks which exists from Workcenter (Outbound Logistics, Internal Logistics, Inbound Logistics) need to be closed.

To check any open tasks from workcenter(Outbound Logistics, Internal Logistics, Inbound Logistics)

1. Go to Outbound Logistics/Internal Logistics/Inbound Logistics Work Center
2. Navigate to Task Control View
3. Select Open Advanced Filter
4. Select Task Status as "Not Started" & "In Process"
5. Select Go

Change logistics use not possible; logistics area not empty, Save could not be executed, to set Logistics use as "Not Relevant for planning" for Logistics Area , KBA , save could not be executed , logistics area not empty , not relevant for planning , change logistics use not possible , AP-LAS-LOA , Logistics Area , Problem
