2959150 - jConnect: insert utf8 characters into iso_1 database - SDK for SAP ASE

Symptom

The true fix is to not use utf8/multibyte characters in a single byte database.

The database character set should be changed accordingly (utf8, etc).

However if this is required, here is how you insert utf8 characters into an iso_1 database using jConnect.
