2959219 - Cannot reset password for External Onboarding User - Onboarding

• You cannot find the candidate when trying to reset password for an External Onboarding User.
• How to reset Onboardee's password

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to "Reset User Passwords" from Admin Center
2. Select "External Users from Onboarding and/or Learning (if enabled)"
3. Search with First Name or Last Name, but cannot find the candidate

Target population of permission role with "Reset User Passwords" permission doesn't contain External Onboarding Users.

Find the permission role with "Reset User Passwords" permission and add Target population All(External Onboarding User).

Or find the permission role with Target population All(External Onboarding User) and add permission Manage User >> Reset User Passwords.

To reset the password of the external user 

1. Navigate BizX > Admin Center
2. Reset user password
3. In the Find tab select External Users from Onboarding and/or Learning if enabled
4. Enter the user name of the Onboardee > click Search 
5. Click on the check box reset the password and Click Reset User Password.
