Create a repository role, with the role having some object privileges like execute procedures.
For example, the repository role AB_CDE_FGHI_JKLMN_OPQ123_456_Z has the object privilege abc.defghi.database.procedure.abcdefg123.a1.abcdefg::abcde12 with privilege EXECUTE.
When someone makes changes to the procedure, the procedure disappears from the repository role.
Therefore, you need to execute a regenerate in the repository role to the procedure to appear again.
