2959266 - DB2: Report RUTCNVFUNCCRE1 fails due to WLMENV not defined

Symptom

You get error during Add-on installation using SAINT transaction.
You need to run report RUTCNVFUNCCRE1 following note 2109638. But it returns the following error:

[IBM][CLI Driver][DB2] SAPABC.CURRENCY_CONVERSION IS AN UNDEFINED NAME
[IBM][CLI Driver][DB2] WLM ENVIRONMENT NAME MUST BE SPECIFIED SAPABC.CURRENCY_CONVERSION
The SQL statement was not executed.
CURRENCY_CONVERSION statement for function CREATE cannot be executed.

The issue only happens on specific support package level of SAP Netweaver 740.
