Symptom
- The DSI connection went down due to "Message: 2601, State 6, Severity 16 -- 'Attempt to insert duplicate key row in object"
- Use alter database connection command to change the dsi_command_covert parameter setting to 'i2di'.
- After resuming connection, Replication Server reports the following error with a stacktrace:
