2959671 - Error R11153 No BP role exist for partner when you try to create a BP directly in RE-FX partner tab

Symptom

When you try to create a Business Partner using the buttons in the partner tab directly in the RE-FX Contract, RECN transaction, you received the following error message:
Error R11153 No BP role exist for partner 1
