2959689 - Error Message "Confirm Milestone: Design Accepted Failed; Retry or Report an Incident"

You are trying to confirm the Design Acceptance milestone in your First Implementation project, but experience the following error message:

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the First Implementation project.
4. Click Open Activity List.
5. Go to the Prepare tab.
6. Open the activity Confirm Milestone: Design Accepted.
7. Select Confirm.

System raises the mentioned error message.
