SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

2960017 - Recently created documents (ITSM or ChaRM) are not shown in SM_CRM search results when few or no search criteria values are used.

Symptom

  • Users search SM_CRM for recent documents using no search criteria/a single search criteria value (e.g. Transaction type) and the expected documents are not displayed in the search results, but searching with the Document ID value returns the expected document.
