Is it possible to set up a rule between 2 or more different templates? For example, a business rule that will pull a field from the Job Requisition template and one field from the Job Application template.

In the current design of the RCM Business Rules feature, it's not possible to a create cross-template rule. Each rule will have its own template (entity) and only the fields inside this template will be available to be used.

Only Job Application and Offer Detail will be available to be build together because they are integrated with each other.
