2960064 - Error 'Pricing procedure cannot be determined' when creating sales order by EDI SOAP message - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

You are using scope item 2EJ and 2EL. However, when saving purchase order to create sales order, the following error occurs:

• Pricing procedure cannot be determined

In Manage Customer Materials app, the material is not maintained as a customer-material info record matching the correponding customer, sales organization and distribution channel.

Add entry for the target material, matching the corresponding customer, sales organization and the distribution channel in Manage Customer Materials app. For more information, the following documentation will give you some guidance.
