2960694 - FEB_BSPROC "Load local file" does not work for PDF, Excel, etc.

Symptom

  • When an Excel file is uploaded to Note to Payee in FEB_BSPROC, data is loaded in non-readable format.
  • Unable to load PDF data into Note to Payee in FEB_BSPROC
