The termination of an employee in Success Factors does not lead to a lock of the related business user at the time of the successful replication to SAP ByDesign.

The locking of the business user is a manual process after the successful replication of the request.  This is how it works for EC integration and the behavior is as expected.

Business users’ access, logon credentials and locking of a user must be done manually by the person in the organisation who has the access rights to do the same.
