2960725 - Operations Control Key PM03 Plant maintenance-External(services) missing in S4HANA Cloud

• Control Key PM03  Plant maintenance-External(services) is missing in S4HANA Cloud Maintenance Order ( Create , Change , Display )  App 
• Is there a control key in Asset Management which can be used for plan services ( Lean ) ? 

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
• Plant Maintenance 

1. Access the Create Maintenance Order App
2. Select Order Type , for example YBA3
3. Enter Planning Plant
4. Press Continue
5. In Work Center
6. Navigate to Operation Data
7. Press F4 on Control Key
8. There is no entry for Control key PM03

System works as designed.

In current Cloud system, we do not have PM03 control key but we have only one control key which is YBM1.

If there is need to use external services in Maintenance Order then you do not need to change control key but in Maintenance Order screen there is Service Tab which you can be used to enter service material or text for service to use external service functionality without changing control key. This will allow you to capture Planned and Actual Cost.
