2960781 - "Null Value" in Offer Letter Status (Adhoc Report) - Recruiting Management

When filtering by the Offer Letter Status, a "(Null Value)" is displayed.

1. Go to Reporting.
2. Select Recruiting V2.
3. Select "Offer Letter".
4. Select the field "Offer Status". - This label can change based on the customer's configuration.
5. Filter by it and notice the "(Null Value)".

The Offer Status field in the Offer Letter entity is only updated when the "Online Offer" mode is used. For other mode like "Verbal", "Print" and "Text", the Offer Status does not have any value, therefore it will bring a "Null Value".

When creating a report, you must use the "Send Mode" field to know how the Offer was created and whenever the "Verbal", "Print" and "Text" modes are selected, it's expected to have a "Null Value" if you are using the Offer Status field.
