LinkedIn database location doesn't always contain all cities and postal codes for all different countries. If the location (city) value does not match one of LinkedIn database location values, the posting is rejected and remain with error in Recruiting Posting.

Make sure that all location values (city, postal code, country) are correctly populated in Recruiting Posting.

In case the job is rejected because of the location (city is not available in LinkedIn database), or an incorrect location is displayed on your LinkedIn posting, you can use a bigger city close to the location (suggested by LinkedIn), or you can reach out to LinkedIn and ask what is the expected location value in terms of spelling.
