2960922 - "There are no adjustment transports fitting the queue" when trying to include modification adjustment transports to SPAM queue

You are referring to KBA 1970888 for the purpose of including modification adjustment transports during Support Package update using SPAM.

The SPDD/SPAU modification adjustment has been carried out in the development system. The corresponding transport requests were released after the SPAM process was successfully completed.

Now, in the subsequent system, after defining the same SPAM queue as the development system, you would like to add modification adjustment transports to the queue. However, the status shows message "There are no adjustment transports fitting the queue".
