2960924 - wild card search (*) for order number is not working list editing transactions - IW38/IW39

Symptom

While searching the work Order Number in list edit transaction such as IW38/IW39/IW37N, if enter value as 2* in the order Number field and execute, it doesn't return any result. The same behavior happens for notification number or technical object number and in other EAM list editing transactions.
