Symptom

  • Error "RFC Server is not available" when checking the RFC server interface status in DS console
  • RFC Server interface configuration detail list in DS console
  • EIMAdaptiveProcessingServer running with error
  • EIMAdaptiveProcessingServer server trace log contains error like below
    "|0|0|0|0|-|-|-|-|-|-||||||||||com.businessobjects.framework.servers.platform.deployment.core.BeanComponent||[BeanComponent.getBean()] instance creation of bean serviceBean threw exception.
    java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError: Native library sapjco3 is too old. Found library System-defined path to sapjco3.dll has version "<old_version>", but required is at least version "<new_version>""
