2961093 - Background Status Field is not populated with values in Application landing page

The user select "Background Status" from display option in Aplication landing page.
The value does not appear in the column event if the value is populated in application

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Open a Job requisition and access the Application Landing page with the list of candidate
2. click on "Display Option" and select the checkbox "Background Status"
3. the column "Background Status"  will appear in the page but it will be empty

Field ID "bkgrndChkStatus" is not defined as Picklist.

Be sure that the field is defined as a picklist as this is the only supported type if you wish to see correctly the values in Display Options.
