2961139 - Error while modifying Time Recording Profile on Job Information

The following Error Message comes up when the Time Recording profile is modified on Job Information :

"Sorry, there is a problem with this Time Recording Profile. Either 'FirstDayOfWeek' has been changed or 'TimeRecordingMethod' has been changed to an invalid value, and this would affect the employee's time sheets. Please fix the problem in the profile and try again."

1. Navigate to a User's Job INfo and try to modify the Time Recording Profile (Edit or history) to a different value
2. The Error message indicated in the symptom above comes up upon hititng save button 

• This is an expected Behavior / Validation
• The Error message comes up when the effective date of the Job Info Change being performed is in a week for which there is aready a Time sheet Record Created.
• This can be verified by checking the trace and review if there is an external code.

• To fix the Error, either modify the effective date of the change that is being inserted to a date that doesnt have a Time Sheet created.
• Or delete the time sheet from manage data (check trace for external code) and change the TRP afterwards.
