2961944 - Error: "Planned maintenance on SAP side; please try again later" on Creation of Transport Route

You are attempting to create a Transport Route however the following message is shown:

“Planned maintenance on SAP side; please try again later”

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Service Control Center Work Center View.
2. Go to Systems View.
3. Select a system and select Create Transport Route.

Case 1:

There is upcoming/current planned maintenance on the one/both of the requested Cloud for Customer tenants.

Case 2:

There is upcoming/current planned maintenance on SAP SPC systems.

Once the maintenance window is closed, the creation of the Transport Route will be possible.

Note: Check with your SAP Administrator for e-mail alert regarding SPC downtime.
