2961989 - Fraction Display for Balance in Unit Hours in Time Off UI & Advanced Reporting

For Time Types with unit hours, balance diplay on Time Off workbench is hh:mm

In the Time Off reports / export reports the balance if displayed in fraction quantity

Employee Central, Time Off

1. Check balance for Hour time type on time off workbench - 08:20 hours (8 hours and 29 mins)

2. Check Time off Report in Advanced reporting for same time type - it shows 08.33

The time off report report is based on MDF level (time account object). Whereas Time Off UIs are streamlined to show hh:mm display.

From MDF point of view this is a decimal field and it is expected behaviour.

This is currently expected system behaviour as reporting is crated off MDF object which is a decimal field.

Workaound: Relabel the field in reporting to say this is decimal and not in hrs and minutes, as shown in time off UI.
