2962047 - Unable to create a new Process Integration Runtime instance - Integration Suite

When the user tries to create a new SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite tenant, the following error message is shown:

• Unable to create service instance. We are sorry, but we have encountered an internal error. If the problem persits, please create a support ticket.
  Service broker error: Service broker it-broker-rt failed with: Your Subaccount is not provisioned for Process Integration. Please subscribe to the application first and execute the provisioning.
  
  
• Service broker error: Service broker it-broker-rt failed with: You have not provisioned a tenant for Process Integration service or activated the Cloud Integration capability of Integration Suite service. Please subscribe to the relevant service and provision/activate the tenant before creating the service instance.
