2962128 - Connection to master instance failed due to insufficient configuration on master side

Symptom

Setting up high availability in the Cloud Connector fails, and following message is raised from SCC SHADOW.

  • In the shadow instance logs, you can see the following error:


       Connection to master instance failed due to insufficient configuration on master side [HA communication with master is not set up properly. Reconnect shadow system   
       ...
       request <master-host>/shadow failed with 400 (Bad Request) HA communication with master is not set up properly. Reconnect shadow system.


  • In the master instance logs, you see the following error:


       No information about shadow system. Execute handshake first.
