• You are able to apply for leave on the same day where leave was already applied
• Flexible requesting in not enabled at the time type level

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off

1. Go to Manage Time Off tile of the employee
2. Apply the leave for the day where the leave exists already
3. System is allowing to apply for the duplicate leave

• System will allow multiple leave requests for single day if the Flexible requesting was enabled on the initial first leave applied
• The flexible requesting details will be saved in the DB on the initial application of the leave and based on the same flag, system will allow multiple leave to applied for the particular day
• This is expected behavior

• The Flexible requesting configuration should not be changed once the leaves are applied.
• If you need to change the configurations, existing leave requests for the time type should also be updated otherwise system will allow the duplication of leaves for the day
