2962294 - HANA Alert 27 is disabled and will not be called. Reason: timeout SNAPSHOT_ID: <timestamp>

Symptom

In HANA Studio, Administration Console the Alerts tab shows Error '27 is disabled and will not be called. Reason: timeout SNAPSHOT_ID: <timestamp>'.

An error similar to the below is seen in the indexserver trace file:
