2962538 - IQ Cockpit automatic failover does not work - SAP IQ

Symptom

IQ 16 Cockpit automatic failover does not work.

  • Set up a failover system using two server in a multiplex environment (system1 and system2).
  • Activate the failover by killing IQ process and renaming the QIQ.db file, system did not failover.
  • There is no automatic failover as documented despite for waiting for a long time.
