• Go to Business Analytics.
• Open Design Reports and execute the affected report.
• An error is seen at the bottom of the screen as :-

          TREX-ERROR (1987): invalid hexadecimal data detected in query table on column ENT_UUID
          TREX error occurred

Wrong Mapping is done in the data source used for this report

• Check and Edit the data source.
• Make changes in the mapping by either removing it (if this is a combined data source) or select another field (if it is join data source)
• Save the data source
• Execute the report
