2962897 - "Permission policy violation" error in logs when launching SUM UI in the browser

Receiving the error "Internal Server Error (Status 500)" when launching the SUM UI in the browser.

In the Sapstartsrv.log and dev_saphostexec log file we can see the below highlighted errors.
