2962917 - Error when cancelling/deleting purge requests

Symptom

An application error occurs when trying to cancel a Purge Request.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Admin Center > Purge Request Monitor
  2. Click on Approved Requests
  3. Try to cancel a purge request > error occurs

Resolution

This is a known issue which was caused by Instance Refresh. Engineering is currently working on the prevention for b2011.
