Symptom
Error: “Your email domain (@example.com) does not match with any of the current Demo owners” when applying for demo provisioning access

Reproducing the Issue
- Partner goes to HCM Cloud Operations Portal.
- Clicks on DAR (Demo Instance Access Request).
- Fill up necessary information ie. email address, demo instance, datacenter.
- Once applied, error appears.
Resolution
- If you received the error: “Your email domain (@example.com) does not match with any of the current Demo owners”, please access the HCM Cloud Operations Portal:
Go to SUPPORT > CONTACT US
In summary, select Provisioning Account Issue
Fill all the other details & Submit. - If you have a valid SAP ID and are experiencing issues logging in, you can go to PartnerEdge Portal, and click on the "Get Help" button on the bottom right of the page and fill out the "Contact form" or start a "Live Chat":
