2962946 - Error when applying for provisioning access to SFCPART or Demo instances

Error: “Your email domain (@example.com) does not match with any of the current Demo owners” when applying for demo provisioning access

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Partner goes to HCM Cloud Operations Portal.
2. Clicks on DAR (Demo Instance Access Request).
3. Fill up necessary information ie. email address, demo instance, datacenter.
4. Once applied, error appears.

• If you received the error: “Your email domain (@example.com) does not match with any of the current Demo owners”, please access the HCM Cloud Operations Portal:
  Go to SUPPORT > CONTACT US
  In summary, select Provisioning Account Issue
  Fill all the other details & Submit.
